Weβre now seeking an experienced and passionate Senior Paid Media Analyst to help take our performance marketing program to the next level.
In this role, youβll lead client relationships and oversee execution across paid media programs, ensuring campaigns are strategically aligned, data-driven, and consistently optimized. Youβll collaborate closely with Content, SEO, Data & Analytics, and client marketing teams, serving as the connective tissue between data, strategy, and execution.
This is a hands-on role β youβll directly manage paid media campaigns while leading client communication, performance analysis, and strategic planning. Weβre looking for a seasoned professional who is analytical, highly collaborative, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Account Management
β’ Lead the client relationship, collaborate on strategy, and oversee/perform day-to-day execution across assigned paid media programs, ensuring alignment between client goals, internal team efforts, and performance outcomes.
β’ Manage the day-to-day performance of paid media campaigns across Search, Social, and Programmatic channels.
β’ While this will vary based on client mix, general allocation is roughly 70% Paid Search, 25% Paid Social, 5% Programmatic.
Analysis & Data-Driven Deliverables
β’ Analyze and report on the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts through weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reporting, providing data-driven recommendations to optimize strategy and channel performance.
β’ Leverage complex data to develop strategic recommendations that inform optimizations, testing opportunities, and performance decisions across paid media channels
β’ Outline and implement advanced measurement solutions, including Brand Lift Surveys, Conversion Lift Studies, and Audience Holdouts.
β’ Work cross-functionally with the internal Data & Analytics team to ensure data accuracy, attribution methodologies, and reporting frameworks are aligned with business objectives.
Driving Growth
β’ Prepare strategic marketing plans based on client and team goals, incorporating cross-channel insights and performance data.
β’ Forecast performance, lead volume, and budget requirements to drive informed decision-making and strategic planning.
Qualifications
β’ 4-5 years of experience leading paid media programs across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta, and other paid media platforms, ideally as part of an agency
β’ Experience building paid media programs around quantitative business goals, such as revenue/lead volume, profit, LTV/CAC, etc.
β’ Direct experience managing performance marketing campaigns across all paid media channels.
β’ In-depth knowledge of the technologies, platforms, and processes involved in managing paid media campaigns (particularly Google Ads/YouTube, Microsoft Ads, and Meta).
β’ Extensive hands-on knowledge around paid media best practices, including campaign creation, bidding strategies, creative best practices, measurement strategy, and ongoing optimizations to achieve desired business goals and campaign KPIs.
β’ Proven ability to lead client relationships and collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to drive measurable business outcomes.
β’ Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze large data sets, draw conclusions, and develop clear, actionable recommendations.
β’ Proven experience creating and implementing measurement solutions and testing frameworks,
β’ Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets & Excel, Google Analytics (GA4), and familiarity with Tableau and Looker are preferred.
β’ Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and drive execution across teams in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
