Overview:
We’re looking for a commercially minded paid media specialist to launch and lead GIFTA’s paid media function. This is a hybrid role – ideal for someone looking to step up into to lead our paid media function while also remaining hands-on with execution.
As Senior Paid Media Manager, you’ll be responsible for building a scalable, high-performing paid media product for both internal and client-facing campaigns. You’ll work across our diverse client roster to maximise the performance of influencer content for B2C brands, while also collaborating with internal teams to drive B2B awareness and lead generation for GIFTA’s growth.
Core Responsibilities:
• Leadership & Growth Strategy
• Own the paid media solution from the ground up, shaping the service, team structure, pricing, and delivery model
• Develop strategies that combine influencer content with paid amplification to drive real performance for brands
• Oversee a P&L, working closely with the leadership, account management and sales teams to drive profitability
• Represent paid media internally and externally, supporting sales conversations and client delivery
Platform Execution & Campaign Management
• Plan, launch, and optimise campaigns across Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Google
• Manage paid media for internal initiatives (e.g. influencer recruitment, lead gen) and client campaigns
• Build and iterate on testing strategies, spend pacing, creative performance, and real-time optimisation
• Stay close to platform updates, ensuring we evolve with industry changes
Operational Workflow & Safeguards
• Build frameworks that maintain campaign performance throughout the full week (despite GIFTA’s 4-day working week), including spend caps, alerts, and weekend-safe setups
• Ensure attribution, pixel tracking, and analytics are consistently implemented and accurate
• Contribute to monthly reporting, wrap-ups, and insights
Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Partner with the Account Management team to strategise, forecast, and support the sale of paid media solutions to GIFTA clients
• Work closely with the GIFTA marketing team to deliver high-performing B2B lead generation campaigns
• Collaborate with the Operations team to drive targeted influencer recruitment via paid channels and grow the GIFTA platform
Team Development (Future)
• Provide mentorship and guidance to team members as we grow
• Act as escalation point for troubleshooting, bugs, and platform-specific blockers
Ideal Candidate:
• 5+ years in paid social, ideally from an agency background managing both B2C and B2B
• Hands-on with Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, Google Ads, and LinkedIn
• Confident in both strategy and delivery – you can map the why and execute the how
• Experience using influencer content for paid performance
• Have experience in managing a team
• Able to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Operationally current – aware of platform safeguards and able to protect performance outside the core 4-day week
• Experience with social commerce
