• Has managed £500k+ monthly spend in D2C paid social (preferably £1M+)
• Lives and breathes video ad performance, not static display ads
• Can show real examples of creative strategy involvement, not just campaign execution
• Understands what makes a video ad work on different platforms
• Has worked in proper direct response e-commerce environments
• Gets excited about testing, iterating, and scaling what works
