You'll lead Paid Social strategy across a diverse portfolio, owning client results and working directly with a dedicated designer to drive performance.

Key Responsibilities:
• Take full ownership of a portfolio of Paid Social accounts, focusing on growth and profitability.
• Lead regular client communications via Slack and Google Meet, delivering valuable insights and updates.
• Write design briefs and support a graphic designer with creative strategy and execution.
• Conduct thorough research to optimise account performance and stay ahead of industry trends.
• Drive long-term client success through seamless onboarding and high-impact campaign strategies.
Essential Experience:
• Minimum 2 years’ experience managing Paid Social campaigns.
• At least 1 year of experience in eCom, specifically within DTC brands.
• Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset.
• Proven ability to optimise creative performance within Paid Social platforms.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills within a fast-paced agency environment.
Salary: £28,000 – £35,000 + 7.5% annual bonus
