Senior Paid Social Manager
London (Hybrid)
Our client is a fast-growing digital agency delivering performance-first campaigns for ambitious brands across ecommerce, retail and DTC. With a sharp focus on Paid Social, they combine creative flair with data-led decision making to drive tangible results.
The Opportunity
They're hiring a Paid Social Manager to lead high-impact campaigns across Meta and emerging platforms. You'll take ownership of client strategy, performance and growth – with plenty of scope to influence wider agency thinking.
• Lead the Paid Social strategy for a portfolio of clients
• Drive incremental growth through compelling proposals and performance insight
• Build trusted relationships with clients, media partners and internal stakeholders
• Shape thought leadership across the agency through training and marketing
• Work closely with founders to evolve best practice and team output
Responsibilities
• Develop and sign off Paid Social strategy and testing plans
• Own campaign performance, optimisations and reporting
• Present QBRs, performance reviews and creative sessions to clients
• Manage, mentor and develop junior team members
• Oversee campaign delivery and team prioritisation
• Collaborate with media vendors to drive innovation and value
Your Profile
• Proven experience running and optimising Paid Social campaigns (Meta essential)
• Strong ecommerce and DTC experience preferred
• Confident client communicator with great presentation skills
• Sharp commercial instincts and strategic thinking
• Passionate leader and mentor, able to inspire high performance
• Comfortable working cross-functionally in a growing business
