Salary: £40,000 – £48,000
Location: Kentish Town, London (Hybrid – 3 Days in Office)
An independent performance marketing agency built for ecommerce is hiring a Senior Paid Social Manager into their fast-growing Paid Social team. Partnering with some of the UK’s most exciting fashion, lifestyle, and health & beauty brands, this agency is known for combining cutting-edge paid media strategy with high-quality creative and in-house AI tools.
Working with clients including Urban Outfitters, Reiss, Mint Velvet, Nadine Merabi, Crew Clothing, Ben Sherman, Hims, and SunGod, this is a high-impact strategic role where you’ll shape paid social delivery, mentor a small team, and drive performance across Meta and TikTok.
The Opportunity
You’ll lead strategy across 3–4 high-growth ecommerce clients, working within a pod structure that gives you real ownership and visibility. This is a role with significant influence – 70% strategy and planning, 30% hands-on QA and escalation – focused on bringing structure, innovation, and best practice to client accounts.
Alongside managing and developing 1–2 Paid Social Executives, you’ll play a central role in client-facing strategy, testing roadmaps, creative feedback, and quarterly business reviews. The agency is also a pioneer in AI-driven media innovation, meaning you’ll have the chance to shape how automation, creative insights, and campaign optimisation are delivered.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead paid social strategy across multiple ecommerce brands (Meta & TikTok)
• Manage and mentor a small team of 1–2 execs/managers
• Oversee testing frameworks, measurement, and creative strategy
• Present strategy, QBRs, and testing roadmaps to senior clients
• Ensure quality assurance and support escalation on campaigns
• Collaborate with Performance Directors and cross-functional teams
• Stay ahead of AI, automation, and platform innovation in paid media
Your Profile & Experience
• Proven Paid Social experience (Meta essential), ideally with ecommerce/DTC brands
• Strong strategic mindset with the ability to challenge briefs and lead client conversations
• Confident communicator with excellent written and verbal polish
• Comfortable mentoring juniors and driving team development
• Commercially minded, with a deep understanding of performance and growth loops
• Able to balance hands-off strategic leadership with hands-on QA when required
• Curious about AI, automation, and new approaches to paid social delivery
