We’re seeking a Senior Paid Social Media Manager to lead our Paid Social Department. This senior-level, client-facing role will oversee a portfolio of accounts, mentor a team of strategists, and play a pivotal role in driving paid social strategy, campaign performance, and revenue growth for brands nationally and internationally. Responsibilities • Lead and mentor the Paid Social Media team, fostering growth, accountability, and innovation. • Own client strategy for paid social campaigns, ensuring alignment with broader business objectives and omnichannel goals. • Oversee campaign execution across Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest, and X—balancing performance optimization with creative excellence. • Partner cross-functionally with SEO, PPC, Amazon, and Marketing Automation leaders to deliver integrated strategies. • Provide high-level reporting and insights to executives and clients—connecting performance metrics to financial outcomes. • Champion innovation by staying ahead of platform updates, first-party data strategies, and emerging social trends. • Build and maintain executive-level client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor. • Establish best practices in testing, targeting, reporting, and creative development across the department. Qualifications • 7+ years of experience in paid social media advertising, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role. • Proven success managing eCommerce/DTC brands with significant ad spend. • Deep knowledge of data-driven marketing, including ROAS, MER, LTV, CAC, and other growth metrics. • Strong expertise in pixel implementation, attribution, and first-party data strategies. • Experience leading teams and developing talent. • Demonstrated ability to connect paid social performance with business-level financial outcomes. • Excellent communication and presentation skills with executive stakeholders. • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or Business • Strategic thinker with a passion for innovation and testing.
