Your Mission
You’ll be the Paid Social lead inside a Growth Pod: owning strategy, execution, and performance across Meta, Google, and other social platforms. From structuring accounts and leading creative testing to scaling budgets into the six figures, your job is to unlock profitable growth at speed.
You’ll be hands-on: launching and optimizing campaigns, experimenting with attribution tools, and troubleshooting tracking. But you’ll also think like a strategist - guiding how Paid Social fits into the bigger growth picture, collaborating cross-functionally, and pushing the channel forward with fresh POVs.
What You’ll Do
• Own paid social strategy, execution, and performance for high-growth DTC brands
• Scale campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and other social platforms into the six figures+ while hitting CAC and margin goals
• Structure accounts, build testing frameworks, and run creative optimizations that actually scale
• Translate performance data into actionable insights tied directly to contribution margin and net profit
• Troubleshoot tracking and attribution using tools like Northbeam, TripleWhale, GA4, and Elevar
• Partner with CRO, Paid Search, and CRM leads to drive cross-channel growth
• Raise the standard for channel best practices and bring a sharp POV to testing, budgeting, and strategy
Who We're Looking For
You’re a high-output paid social operator with a proven track record scaling Meta and TikTok accounts for consumer brands doing serious numbers. You know how to deliver growth while keeping CAC and margin in check, and you’re fluent in how Paid Social ties into a bigger DTC ecosystem.
You’re not waiting for a playbook. You’ve already run large budgets, led creative testing at scale, and know what works. You bring clarity, speed, and accountability, thriving in environments where results matter more than excuses.
Your Experience
• 5–7+ years of Paid Social experience in a high-performance DTC/ecommerce environment
• Proven ability to scale Meta and TikTok into mid–high six figures/month while hitting CAC and margin goals
• Deep experience structuring accounts, managing budgets, and running creative testing at scale
• Strong grasp of how Paid Social fits alongside CRM, Paid Search, and SEO in a multi-channel setup
• Hands-on with attribution and analytics tools like Northbeam, TripleWhale, GA4, Elevar
• Fluent in contribution margin and net profit—not just ROAS
• Comfortable in client-facing settings where performance is the only metric that matters
• Confident leading channel strategy while collaborating closely within a pod
