We’re proud to collaborate with industry giants, disruptors, and rising direct-to-consumer stars to create an ecosystem for growth. What We’re Looking For We’re seeking a Senior Paid Social Specialist to take the lead on developing and executing impactful, full-funnel Paid Social campaigns. You’ll be responsible for driving both customer acquisition and retention at scale. Working closely with clients and cross-functional teams, you’ll combine sharp data insights with bold creative thinking to deliver outstanding results. Your Responsibilities Campaign Management & Optimisation • Plan, launch and manage Paid Social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and Snapchat. • Focus on delivering measurable outcomes - primarily ROAS. • Build and run testing plans that balance new customer acquisition (top-of-funnel) and retention (bottom-of-funnel) strategies. • Regularly review and adjust campaign structure, budgets, audiences, and placements to maximise efficiency and scale. Creative Strategy & Performance • Lead the creative direction for all Paid Social campaigns - making sure ads are tailored to different funnel stages and customer intent. • Write clear, performance-focused creative briefs and work closely with designers to produce engaging assets. • Identify what makes a hook or visual work, and test different variations to improve engagement and conversions. • Analyse creative performance using platform data and make changes based on what’s actually driving results. Client Communication & eCommerce Focus • Keep clients informed on what’s working, what’s not and where we’re testing next, with a focus on performance, not vanity metrics. • Translate data into clear insights that show how creative and targeting are affecting revenue. • Align campaigns with product drops, promotions, and website changes - making sure everything is working toward sales growth. What You’ll Bring • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in paid social marketing in-house or at an agency. • Deep understanding of paid social in an ecommerce/retail environment, with a strong focus on driving ROAS and revenue growth. Understanding of ecommerce platforms (ie Shopify) and principles. • Proactive, hands-on approach with a collaborative mindset and a solutions-oriented attitude. • Creative mind: high level of experience with and passion for Paid Social creative strategy, from ideation to execution and reporting. • Extensive experience with Meta Ads Manager is essential; familiarity with TikTok, Pinterest, and Snapchat campaigns is a plus. • Effective communicator comfortable interacting and working with clients, designers, and performance marketers alike. Perks and Benefits • 25 days annual leave plus public holidays • Birthday Day Off • Sabbatical leave for up to 4 weeks after a 5 year tenure • Pension + employer contribution (5% employee and 4% employer after passed probationary period) • Employee Referral Scheme • Hybrid working: 3 days working from our London office and two days working from home • Regular team socials in Central London • Weekly office lunches and breakfasts • Annual offsites • Coaching & Mentoring to support your career and personal development. We are growing quickly, and we’ll give you the opportunity to do the same.
