Private Label Solutions (PLS) is the B2B arm of Expedia Group. We bring Expedia Group's innovative technology and distribution solutions to partners across the world. These businesses include global financial institutions, corporate managed travel, offline travel agents, global travel suppliers (like major airlines) and many more.
As a Senior Partner Marketing Specialist within our Private Label Solutions team, you will launch campaigns for our white label templates partners, collaborate across teams at Expedia (Marketing, Product and Tech), and help us continuously improve our services and merchandising performance.
If you are a driven marketing professional with a passion for leading development, and production of high impactful campaigns, then join our Growth Marketing team! Our team works directly with some of the world’s most established online travel agencies, airlines, hotel chains and financial institutions.
This is a 12 month fixed term contract, starting in September 2025.
Job Requirements
• Experience with content management systems (CMS) and basic SEO principles.
• Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Solid understanding of marketing lifecycle management and campaign execution.
• Awareness of A/B testing and optimisation techniques, with a willingness to learn and apply them.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey ideas and results to a variety of audiences.
• Strong collaboration skills and a team-oriented mindset, especially when working with cross-functional teams such as marketing, sales, and product.
• Ability to consistently deliver high-quality results on time.
• Customer-first mindset, with an understanding of how merchandising impacts the user journey.
• Curious, adaptable, and open to feedback, with a strong desire to grow in a fast-paced digital environment.
• Up to date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
In This Role, You Will
• Lead the development of merchandising campaigns and coupons for our partners' marketing campaigns.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to define campaign planning, channel selection, suppliers, and creative.
• Lead all tactical details related to promotions - examples: develop all terms and conditions, manage copy/design requests and site placement implementation, provide promotional materials to marketing partners and overall analysis of the promotion.
• Determine and optimize a mix of promotions across marketing channels by analysing and reporting on key performance metrics.
• Develop best practices and guidelines from insights, analysis and experimentation of different campaigns. Collaborate with Product team to propose solutions to improve onsite merchandising experience using data, insights and multivariate testing methods.
• Become an expert user of our merchandising tools, such as content management solutions, inventory management, analytics and reporting tools.
Experience And Qualifications
• Demonstrable experience in digital marketing/merchandising or promotional activity in consumer e-commerce or travel
• University degree or equivalent experience
• A passion for using technology to drive marketing initiatives by building campaigns that get results
• A love affair with content management systems, Excel, CJA or similar analytics measuring tools
• Strong attention to detail, outstanding organisational, stakeholder management and communication skills
• Dedication to continuously improving the customer experience through relevant and valuable promotions.
