Title: Senior Performance Marketing Executive (PPC) Package: Upto £40k + Progression Growth + Hybrid Working London Area! The brand emphasizes functional elegance - creating beautifully designed products that prioritize health. Responsibilities: • Plan, launch, and optimise performance campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth. • Continuously refine campaign strategy to maximise ROI and deliver incremental growth. • Analyse performance data, provide actionable insights, and run structured A/B testing to improve results. • Manage budget allocation, pacing, and forecasting across paid media channels to ensure efficiency and accuracy. • Partner with the creative team to shape ad strategy, testing and iterating on assets to identify high-performing concepts and scale learnings. • Leverage first-party data and audience segmentation to enhance targeting, personalisation, and conversion rates. • Monitor industry trends and explore emerging platforms (e.g. TikTok, Pinterest) to identify new growth opportunities. • Take full ownership of paid channel performance, with accountability for both execution and outcomes. You Are: • Must have hands-on experience in performance marketing, with a strong • emphasis on PPC (Google Ads). • Experience in a small, fast-paced, growth-stage e-commerce or retail business is highly preferred. • Strong organisational skills and adherence to established processes and reporting. • Creative eye for in-house ad creative and willingness to test new ideas. • Excellent communication skills and willingness to engage with the team. • Proven track record of scaling Meta Ads and/or Google Ads campaigns with clear ROI-driven results. • Experience using GA4, Shopify, and attribution tools.
