Central Employment are working with a leading North East and now global eCommerce Retailer, as they look to appoint a results driven Senior Performance Marketing Manager , to drive further online growth, executing there brands performance marketing strategy.
• Newcastle based 3 days a week
• £60,000-£65,000 DOE + benefits
Senior Performance Marketing Manager Profile
This role is all about driving customer acquisition and retention through smart, full-funnel digital marketing. You'll lead with data, optimise campaigns across multiple platforms, and deliver measurable growth. With performance at the core, you'll ensure we're getting the best possible return across all digital channels
Responsibilities of the Senior Performance Marketing Manager:-
• Developing and owning there digital marketing strategy in line with brand and business goals
• Managing the digital marketing calendar across paid, owned and earned,media
• Leading digital performance campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, Pinterest and beyond
• Managing budgets and forecasts to deliver cost-effective growth
• Leading A/B testing across creatives, audiences and landing pages
• Collaborating with agencies, freelancers and affiliate partners to optimise performance
• Overseeing CRM strategy, including segmentation, automation, and execution
• Supporting campaign reporting and performance dashboards
• Working with the wider team to test and refine creative
• Leading and developing a high-performing digital team
Experience required:
• Circa 5+ yrs experience within a Retail focused multi-channel performance marketing role
• Deep roots across Paid Media channels (PPC/Paid Social)
• A hands-on digital marketer who knows your way around the key platforms
• Commercially sharp with a keen eye on ROI, ROAS, and CPA
• A confident decision-maker who leads with data
• Excited by variety and ready to juggle channels, campaigns and creative
• A great communicator who enjoys collaborating with internal teams and external partners
