SENIOR PERFORMANCE MARKETING MANAGER (Hybrid)
Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and talented Senior Performance Marketing Manager to join our team. In this role, you will lead strategy, execution, and optimization of paid media channels to accelerate growth across ONE/SIZE’s digital ecosystem. This role will own acquisition, retention, and ROI-driven media strategies, partnering closely with Ecommerce, Creative, and Brand Marketing teams. The right candidate combines data-driven decision-making with creativity and a deep understanding of the beauty customer journey.
As a member of the Digital & Ecommerce team, you will collaborate with all teams cross-functionally and report directly to the VP of Digital & Ecommerce.
HYBRID: This role is classified as exempt from the Fair Labor Standard Act’s overtime requirement and is open to candidates based in Los Angeles, CA. While the position is primarily remote, it follows a hybrid schedule requiring occasional in-person work at Culver City, CA 90230. The role requires working in PST hours, so candidates located on the West Coast are preferred. A reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace free from significant distractions are essential for remote work.
What You’ll Do
Essential Job Functions
• Channel Ownership: Lead day-to-day management and optimization of paid social, search, programmatic, affiliate, and emerging platforms.
• Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute full-funnel media strategies to achieve revenue, CAC, ROAS, and LTV targets across channels.
• Budget Management: Own media planning and pacing against budgets, maximizing efficiency and profitability.
• Analytics & Reporting:Build dashboards, analyze performance data, and translate insights into actionable optimizations and learnings.
• Creative Testing: Partner with Creative & Social teams to brief, test, and iterate performance-driven content, messaging, and formats.
• Cross-Functional Partnership: Collaborate with Ecommerce, CRM, and Brand Marketing to align paid strategies with promotions, launches, and brand storytelling.
• Agency & Vendor Management: Oversee external partners (agencies, platforms, affiliates), ensuring accountability and performance.
• Innovation: Test and scale new channels, audiences, and ad formats to stay ahead of industry trends.

• Proven track record of scaling paid media budgets while achieving efficiency and growth targets.
• Expert knowledge of paid social (Meta, TikTok, YouTube) and paid search (Google, Bing), with experience in programmatic, affiliate, and retail media a plus.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data visualization and attribution tools (GA4, Shopify, Looker, etc.).
• Experience managing agencies, platforms, and vendor relationships.
• Highly collaborative with excellent communication skills; comfortable presenting results and recommendations to leadership.
• Entrepreneurial, hands-on, and excited to build in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Team Leadership & Oversight
This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds at times.
• Must be able to bend, stretch, kneel, twist, and squat to adjust or position equipment, cameras, or set up for events.

• Must be able to focus on detailed work for extended periods, which may lead to eye strain or fatigue.
