Because the more perspectives we share, the better we can be. The Role As the Senior Performance Media Manager, you will be the strategic and operational heartbeat of our Performance Media team. You will lead and inspire the team, overseeing innovation and execution across PPC, Affiliates, SEO, Paid Social (Lower Funnel), and Display Retargeting. Your mission is to drive quality traffic and enhance conversion with agility, ensuring digital excellence and commercial impact across priority EMEA markets (UK, DE, FR, IT, NL) to deliver on UGG’s bold brand ambitions. You’ll play a critical role in future-proofing and managing the UGG Performance ecosystem with a sharp, proactive analytical lens and an innate ability to tactically react to market conditions in real time, with a ‘now, next, moon’ strategic mindset. Your Impact • Leading Performance Media 2.0 beyond brilliant basics, bringing to life innovation via ‘Performance firsts’. • Inspire & lead day-to-day Performance Media operations across all key digital channels, aligned with overarching commercial goals • Translate critical business drivers and trade plans into channel-level strategies, quickly mobilising media activity to drive quality traffic and revenue • Own the Performance roadmap with clear KPIs to drive acquisition, conversion, and ROAS growth across EMEA • Work with senior internal stakeholders and media agencies to challenge, steer, and optimise paid media performance in both short and long-term, framing data-led LRP windows of opportunity • Identify and unlock strategic tools to propel Performance Marketing efforts for ‘today & tomorrow’ • Own cross-channel media optimisation, ensuring spends are paced and shifted in line with dynamic business needs with solid strategic guardrails • Champion a data-driven approach, delivering detailed performance insights, trend analysis, and actionable recommendations • Strengthen media integration of our 1st Party Data efforts as our most valuable consumer currency to power datasets for our prospecting LALs & retargeting across Social, Search, and Display • Lead in LRP, annual, quarterly forecasting and reforecasting of traffic, revenue, and ROAS, leveraging tools like Google Analytics, Tableau, and internal BI systems • Proactively spot opportunities and diagnose performance issues, turning analytical findings into tactical execution with a solutions-focused approach • Serve as a mentor and daily support for Performance Media Manager and Executive, nurturing skill development and inspiring strategic thinking • Act as the primary performance counterpart to the Senior Brand Media Manager, ensuring full-funnel integration and holistic planning under the Head of Media • Foster tight alignment with Ecommerce & CRM teams and trade functions, especially with the Senior Ecommerce Trading Manager and Director, to align on traffic-driving priorities • Build and maintain strong relationships with media partners and platforms to unlock first-to-market betas, innovation, and added-value negotiations • Stay ahead of digital trends and platform evolutions, continually bringing new ideas to test, learn, and scale, shaping a robust Media ‘learning agenda’ in partnership with Senior Brand Media to strategically ‘strive & drive’ our future media efforts holistically • Spearhead how we maximise and embrace the future of AI, LLM’s and the ever-changing SERP landscape to our media efforts through proactive unlocks and smarter integration Who You Are • A forward-thinker who goes beyond the basics, driving innovation through bold “Performance firsts.” • Team leader who fosters strong morale, encourages upskilling, and builds a culture of ownership. • Trusted partner, skilled at building strategic relationships with agencies, platforms, and internal stakeholders. • Results-driven, with a proven ability to elevate ROAS and conversion by driving both quality and quantity of traffic. • Future-focused, with the foresight to pivot media strategies in line with business planning, financial forecasting, and the evolving AI, digital, and search landscape. • Agile and adaptable, with the ability to reallocate media spend quickly in response to trade performance, seasonality, and campaign outcomes. • Collaborator who strengthens alignment between performance and brand media, ensuring robust full-funnel integration. • A strategic business driver who champions the importance and incrementality of Performance Media as a core growth pillar. We Would Love To Hear From People With • Experience as Senior Manager in Performance Marketing across multiple channels (PPC, Paid Social, SEO, Display, Affiliates), with experience in line managing multiple direct reports • Proven success in managing large-scale digital budgets with agility and ROI mindset • Strong analytical capability with advanced Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, lookups, forecasting models) and confidence in forecasting and reforecasting traffic, revenue, and ROAS across channels • Comfortable using tools like GA4, Tableau/Switchboard, and BI dashboards to inform data-led decisions • Adept at leading agencies and internal teams to high performance, with an ability to challenge constructively and push for excellence. • Commercially astute with excellent financial acumen for LRP, budget planning and performance tracking • Experience navigating global and local HQ structures, with an understanding of how to influence and collaborate across regional and Global central teams What We Will Give You: (not all applicable for every role) • Competitive Pay and Bonuses - We’ve created a variety of competitive compensation programs to foster career development, reward success and to show our employees just how much they’re valued. • 27 Days Holidays + Bank Holidays & some time away from work – on top of generous holiday allowance, we can generally take advantage of half day Fridays providing our work is finished for the week. • Extras, discounts, perks & volunteering opportunities - Being a valued member of the Deckers Brands team means more than just a paycheck.
