About the role We are seeking a Senior Performance/Growth Marketing Executive to join our fast-growing team at SILKE London. This role is critical: we’re heading into a high-growth period with new product launches and Q4 ahead. You’ll be responsible for managing and scaling our Google Ads (PPC) and Meta Ads campaigns to drive customer acquisition, revenue, and sustainable growth in both the UK and US markets. While TikTok and Pinterest are on our radar for the future, this role will focus primarily on PPC and Meta - you’ll own those channels end-to-end. We’re open to two profiles: • Profile A (Ideal hire): 2+ years’ hands-on experience scaling both Meta Ads & Google Ads for e-commerce; strong analytical and reporting processes; strategic mindset; can work independently with minimal management. • Profile B (Strong PPC, Developing Meta): 2+ years strong PPC/Google Ads experience, some exposure to Meta Ads, looking to grow expertise in paid social; must be ambitious, analytical, and eager to learn quickly. Training will be provided. This is not a coasting role. We are a lean, ambitious team - we move fast, expect a lot, and need someone equally ambitious, driven, and results-focused. Location: Our office is based in Shoreditch, London. This role is hybrid, with three fixed office days per week. If you cannot commit to being in the office three days a week, your application will not be considered. What you’ll do • Plan, execute and optimise campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads, driving acquisition and revenue growth. • Strategically optimise campaigns to deliver strong ROI and incremental growth. • Regularly analyse performance, deliver actionable insights, and implement A/B tests. • Own budget allocation and forecasting across paid channels, ensuring efficiency. • Creative strategy: Work closely with our creative team to test, analyse, and iterate on ad creatives. Identify what’s working, what’s not, and build on insights to continually improve performance. • Use first-party data and segmentation to improve targeting and conversion. • Stay ahead of market trends, with an eye on emerging channels like TikTok and Pinterest for future growth opportunities. • Own the results - you will be accountable for channel performance, not just campaign execution. What we’re looking for • We are only reviewing candidates who have directly managed and scaled high-performing, conversion-optimised campaigns for an in-house D2C e-commerce business. Agency-only backgrounds will not be considered. • 2+ years in a D2C e-commerce brand (beauty, fashion, or luxury strongly preferred). • Proven track record of scaling Meta Ads and/or Google Ads campaigns with clear ROI-driven results. • Analytical and strategic skills are a must. Applications should include examples of reporting, optimisation processes, or scaling strategies you’ve personally executed. • Experience using GA4, Shopify, and attribution tools. • A good creative eye - able to assess ad creatives, spot winning concepts, and collaborate with design teams to push performance further. • Ambition to grow and scale.
