A bit about the role... • Manage & support the implementation of the new onsite personalisation tool • Execute, support & develop the inbound personalisation strategy across the National Lottery website and mobile app to maximise player engagement and optimise National Lottery games. • Support the set up and analysis of segmented, targeted and personalised player experiences across web & app. • Leverage the use of existing as well as shape the development of new capability to offer an increasingly segmented, targeted and personalised player experience. • Shape the approach and direction for the most effective way to optimise the National Lottery games across different inbound touchpoints in a data driven way using data analysis. • Develop the player experience for different segments using appropriate content and messaging to drive positive engagement and increased commercial value through test and learn activity. • Lead a cross functional team to support the development and execution of the inbound personalisation strategy What you'll be doing... • Support & maintain the website and mobile app merchandising via trading and personalisation strategies to maximise the promotion of the National Lottery games and increase engagement across key player segments. • Deliver campaign activity through content triggers, business and arbitration rules based on recent and expected player behaviour's using different player attributes. • Work collaboratively with the Product, Operations and Business Intelligence teams to identify opportunities to optimise, as well as define new campaign activity across the website and Mobile App • Plan and develop briefs for new content, messaging, and test analysis in collaboration with the relevant teams ensuring effective support for key events, campaign periods and new game launches • Work collaboratively with the CRM and Business Intelligence teams to influence the data development roadmap and reporting capability. • Work collaboratively with the wider CRM and paid marketing teams to ensure consistent experiences across outbound and inbound touchpoints • Ensure effective execution of differentiated experience for at-risk players which align with Player Protection principles. • Responsible for the continuous optimisation of engagement and revenue uplift through the development of test and learning programmes. Must have the ability to interpret information and analysis on player behaviours from multiple sources to create insight that informs plans, briefs, and recommendations • Responsible for briefing campaign development requirements to key stakeholders and all relevant teams. • Ensure overall compliance with GDPR, latest legislation and regulatory obligations relating to the use of player data What experience we're looking for... • 6+ years' experience gained within a B2C, ecommerce environment or agency background. • Experience of defining and delivering personalisation strategies and campaigns to deliver business growth and customer engagement in an ecommerce environment • Strong knowledge of website / mobile app content optimisation tools and has experience working in a cross functional environment with technology, design, product and data teams • Has experience in content planning with a history of creating and delivering website and mobile app personalisation campaigns that form part of a multi-channel communication programme. • Track record of using personalisation / content optimisation targeting technology to drive business sales growth and increased customer engagement. • Experience in successfully managing projects within a cross functional environment. • Experience using analytics platforms to optimise campaign performance. • Exceptional communicator - ability to communicate both written and verbally to different stakeholders. • Highly motivated, detail-oriented self-starter • Highly organized - proven ability to proactively manage time effectively when handling multiple simultaneous projects • Highly analytical and data driven Key Measures of Success: • Successful implementation and development of onsite personalisation.
