Job Title: Senior PPC Manager Location: Leeds (Hybrid) Salary: £38,000 - £52,000 The Company This well-established digital agency has built a reputation for delivering exceptional digital marketing campaigns that drive real results. Due to continued growth, they’re now hiring a Senior PPC Manager to take strategic ownership of paid media campaigns and help lead the paid team to new heights. The role is based in Leeds with flexible hybrid working (minimum 3 days per week in the office). Role & Responsibilities As Senior PPC Manager, you’ll take the lead on paid strategy across a range of clients, helping to deliver high-performing, innovative campaigns. You’ll work closely with the Head of Paid to support the wider team, input into new business, and ensure client objectives are met. Your responsibilities will include: • Owning the strategic development of multi-channel paid media campaigns • Leading client performance reviews and delivering actionable insights • Exploring new platforms, tools and technologies to keep the agency ahead of the curve • Supporting onboarding, pitches and proposals with paid strategy insight • Providing mentoring and development support to PPC Managers and Executives • Ensuring tracking and measurement frameworks are robust (using GTM, GA4, etc.) • Collaborating cross-functionally with SEO, CRO and CRM teams for holistic performance You’ll also have the opportunity to shape internal processes, advise on forecasting, and contribute to overall client growth and retention strategies.
