Role description
Senior Product Manager £85,000 - £90,000 Hybrid - London (South of the River) - 3 days per week in office Troi Search are partnering exclusively once again with a long term client of ours. We're looking for a Permanent Senior Product Manager to join the team. About the role As Senior Digital Product Manager, you will take ownership of major, high-impact product areas that cut across several value streams (such as acquisition, retention, servicing, payments etc) and across different platforms (Web & Mobile). You’ll set the vision and direction, make investment decisions, and build strong business cases that deliver measurable results in customer growth, loyalty, lifetime value, satisfaction, and digital engagement. This position blends deep product management expertise with strategic influence. You’ll guide and mentor fellow product managers, raise the maturity of product practices, and act as a representative in vendor partnerships and industry forums. Working alongside senior leaders, you’ll shape medium and long term product strategies while ensuring meaningful outcomes are delivered. About You • Proven experience as a Principal/Lead/Senior Product Manager, delivering measurable commercial outcomes in digital, subscription, or e-commerce environments. • Strong track record of managing large-scale or strategic product domains. • Commercially minded, with the ability to create and present compelling business cases. • Skilled in data-driven product development, analytics, and experimentation. • Excellent communicator and influencer, comfortable working with senior stakeholders and external partners. • Experience mentoring product managers or helping to improve product practices. • Knowledge of subscription models, payments, or member lifecycle products is highly desirable. • Awareness of accessibility standards, optimisation, and site performance. • Curious, adaptable, and proactive learner. • Hands-on experience with tools such as Figma, Hotjar, ContentSquare, Google Analytics, or UserTesting.
