What you’ll do
• Own a core ad unit (e.g. YouTube long form ads) and drive outcomes and innovation across both sides of the marketplace.
• Define the roadmap with clear problem statements, hypotheses, and success metrics; write crisp PRDs backed by data and customer insights.
• Ship quickly with Engineering, Data, and Design; keep scope tight, quality high, and feedback loops fast.
• Instrument the product (events, dashboards, guardrails) and drive decisions with SQL-level analysis and experiment design.
• Elevate both sides of the marketplace—streamline brand workflows while improving creator acceptance, reliability, and earnings.
• Integrate with the ecosystem (e.g., YouTube/Google APIs, GA4, Shopify, payments/payouts) to unlock scale and measurement.
• Partner with Go-to-Market to position launches, enable customers, and close the loop with real-world performance.

What we’re looking for
• 4-10+ years PM experience (or equivalent founder/0→1 operator) building data-heavy products; marketplace, ads, or ML-driven ranking experience is a plus.
• Strong analytical chops: comfort with SQL, experimentation, and turning noisy signals into clear product bets.
• Customer obsession with demonstrated ability to distill complex workflows into elegant, high-leverage product surfaces.
• Execution excellence: you scope outcomes, manage trade-offs, and ship weekly.
• Communication that scales—from PRDs and analytics write-ups to customer calls and launch notes.
Nice to have
• Experience in adtech/martech, auctions & pricing, recommendations/ranking, or attribution & incrementality.
• Familiarity with the creator ecosystem and major ads platforms (Google, Meta, TikTok, Snap, etc).
• Background in data science, ML, or engineering.

The estimated base compensation for this role is between $170,000 & $225,000. Individual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, and experience. In addition, this role is eligible for equity and competitive benefits.
