Position Overview
Senior Product Manager - eCommerce User Experience
We are seeking a dynamic Product Owner UX / UI to lead the design and development of our digital products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the product vision, ensuring a user-centric approach, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative and engaging user experiences.
This is a fully onsite, 40-hour per week, 6-month contract in Redmond, WA. Candidates must have in-depth eCommerce Product Ownership/Management experience to be considered.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead the development of the product roadmap aligned with business goals and user needs.
• Define and prioritize product requirements, ensuring clarity and feasibility.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and business stakeholders.
• Manage stakeholder communications and expectations throughout the product lifecycle.
• Apply UI/UX design expertise to optimize user journeys, with a focus on e-commerce conversion and usability.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
• Drive continuous improvement of the .com experience, especially the buy flow.
Qualifications
• 5+ years of experience in product management, ideally within e-commerce or telecom/MSO environments.
• Proven experience working with UI/UX design teams, particularly surrounding e-commerce flows.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and agile product development.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and SCRUM framework.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
