A Day in the Life As a Senior Product Manager for Garnier, you’ll report to the Brand Business Lead and lead a dynamic, international team of two direct reports. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketeers, sales, digital, e-commerce, finance, and business development, to drive the brand’s growth in the GCC market. As part of the L’Oréal Consumer Products Division, you’ll play a key role in democratizing beauty by delivering premium innovations to the mass market. Your Responsibilities Will Include • Strategic Marketing: Design and execute marketing strategies to strengthen Garnier Skin Active’s position in the skincare category. • Data-Driven Insights: Leverage consumer insights and market data to shape product launches and campaigns. • Budget Management: Optimize budgets to maximize ROI across marketing initiatives. • Innovation & Creativity: Develop compelling storytelling and creative campaigns that resonate with diverse audiences. • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with sales, digital, and e-commerce teams to ensure seamless execution of strategies.
