You’ll act as a critical bridge between high-performing, multidisciplinary teams and our clients ensuring delivery of innovative, user-centered products that create measurable business impact. Responsibilities: • Partner with client stakeholders to ensure product solutions drive meaningful outcomes • Define product vision, roadmap, and interim milestones for complex projects • Write and manage user stories, acceptance criteria, and product documentation • Lead project strategy and requirements gathering sessions • Independently write technical tasks and prioritize backlogs • Facilitate iterative delivery using Agile, Scrum, or hybrid methodologies • Coordinate cross-functional teams and mitigate dependencies/risks • Mentor and coach other product team members • Stay current on digital trends and technologies (e.g., Adobe, Magento, Shopify) • Champion a collaborative, positive team culture • Promote awareness of information security best practices • Identify and report risks to data confidentiality, integrity, and availability • Ensure compliance with data protection regulations (GDPR, CCPA, etc.) • Support integration of security protocols throughout the product lifecycle Qualifications: • BS/BA in relevant field or equivalent professional experience • 5+ years in Product Management (preferably in digital, eCommerce, marketing, or consulting) • Proficient with JIRA, Azure DevOps, or similar tools • Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall SDLCs • Familiarity with digital platforms: Adobe, Drupal, Magento, Shopify • Excellent communication and documentation skills • Digital agency experience is a plus • Willingness to travel up to 25% Our Commitment ECCO Select is committed to hiring and retaining a diverse workforce.
