Job Description We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy and execution of innovative retail and ecommerce product solutions. This high-impact role will focus on building and scaling omni-channel measurement, reporting, and insights capabilities that empower brands and advertisers to better reach customers, while enhancing the overall shopping experience. You will play a critical role in defining product vision, driving execution, and ensuring adoption across retail media and ecommerce platforms. Key Responsibilities • Own the product lifecycle from strategy to execution, ensuring solutions meet the needs of retailers, advertisers, and internal stakeholders. • Collaborate with engineering, data science, and design teams to deliver scalable, data-driven retail and ecommerce products. • Define and write clear product requirements, balancing near-term priorities with long-term strategic initiatives. • Develop and manage the product roadmap with a focus on delivering innovative measurement and reporting solutions. • Monitor market and industry trends, conduct competitive analysis, and identify opportunities within retail media, ecommerce, and ad tech. • Partner across functions to drive product adoption, improve performance, and solve complex challenges in a matrixed environment. • Act as a subject matter expert on retail media measurement methodologies (e.g., attribution, incrementality testing, A/B experimentation) and communicate product impact to stakeholders. Qualifications • 5+ years of experience in product management, ideally within retail, ecommerce, retail media, or ad-supported digital platforms. • Strong expertise in advertising measurement and analytics, including attribution models, A/B testing, incrementality, and media metrics. • Proficiency with SQL and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar). • Highly analytical with a proven ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights. • Background in retail media, ecommerce, marketing measurement, or ad tech platforms. • Exceptional communication, storytelling, and presentation skills. • Experience working in cross-functional teams with engineering, analytics, and business stakeholders.
