Overview We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager with a strong background in eCommerce and web platforms within the retail domain. The ideal candidate will lead product discovery, roadmap development, and delivery support for a leading provider of security and smart home solutions. This role demands a strategic thinker who can manage complex client environments, influence stakeholders, and drive impactful product outcomes in a fast-paced, cross-functional setting. Key Responsibilities • Act as a strategic liaison in client-facing environments, navigating sensitive and political dynamics. • Lead feature discovery and requirements gathering across business, technical, and customer experience teams. • Prioritize features and manage the product roadmap aligned with business goals and eCommerce strategies. • Collaborate with engineering, design, and QA teams to ensure timely, high-quality product delivery. • Drive UAT planning and execution for web and digital solutions. • Influence stakeholders and provide clarity where requirements are ambiguous. Required Skills & Experience • 10+ years of product management experience, with a mandatory focus on eCommerce and web platforms in the retail industry. • Strong expertise in digital product strategy and customer-centric web solutions. • Proven ability to translate business needs into actionable features and deliver end-to-end solutions. • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills. • Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira and Confluence.
