To learn more, please visit our website. ๐Ÿš€ Your Role at a Glance: The key ways you'll bring value to the team Wayflyer is scaling fast, and as we expand our product suite and GTM complexity, we need a commercially minded PMM who can drive integrated campaigns, build high-impact sales assets, and help translate product value into revenue impact. This role sits at the intersection of Marketing, Sales, and Productโ€”owning how our products show up in-market and how our teams go to market. Youโ€™ll be the executional heartbeat of product marketing, leading GTM plans and building enablement tools that empower our teams to win. You wonโ€™t be starting from scratch: youโ€™ll partner with a second PMM focused on positioning and upstream strategy. Your role is to make that strategy land in the market, with consistency, quality, and commercial impact. What Youโ€™ll Own โ€ข Integrated GTM execution โ€“ lead the orchestration of cross-functional campaigns (e.g. Black Friday, Prime Day), working across Product, Content, Lifecycle, Brand, and Sales โ€ข Sales enablement assets โ€“ build and manage our asset library, including pitch decks, battlecards, one-pagers, objection handling, and persona tools โ€ข Field alignment โ€“ act as the day-to-day PMM contact for Sales, fielding requests, prioritising needs, and ensuring consistent messaging across channels โ€ข GTM rhythm and planning โ€“ own the launch calendar, coordinate cross-functional readiness, and ensure teams are aligned on whatโ€™s shipping, when, and how it lands in market โ€ข Support launches โ€“ partner with the other PMM to help activate positioning and messaging for new and existing products โ€ข Own campaign measurement โ€“ define success metrics, track performance, and report on GTM impact in partnership with Marketing Ops ๐Ÿ”จ What Makes You a Great Fit โ€ข You have 4โ€“6 years in Product Marketing, Revenue Marketing, or GTM roles at a B2B SaaS or fintech company โ€ข You thrive in cross-functional environments and enjoy turning strategy into execution โ€ข Have built sales enablement tools and run launch or campaign workstreams end-to-end โ€ข You're fluent in the language of sales, marketing, and productโ€”able to translate between them โ€ข Operate with urgency, prioritise ruthlessly, and bring structure to ambiguity โ€ข Bonus: experience working on ecommerce, fintech, or embedded finance products ๐Ÿค What to Expect After You Apply You can expect to hear from a member of our Talent Acquisition team soon.
