This is a high-impact, high-visibility role that sits at the intersection of product, go-to-market, and corporate strategy. You’ll craft compelling narratives, lead critical launches, and shape how Cleverbridge shows up in the market.
What You’ll Do
Own Strategic Messaging & Positioning
• Define differentiated, insight-driven messaging that resonates with SaaS buyers and operators.
• Translate complex product capabilities — across payments, taxes, renewals, and analytics — into crisp, compelling value propositions.
Lead Go-to-Market Initiatives
• Build and execute GTM strategies for new features, pricing and packaging, and growth campaigns.
• Drive adoption of new offerings, optimize sales enablement, and influence funnel performance.
Be the Voice of the Market
• Conduct customer, competitive, and market research to identify key trends and whitespace opportunities.
• Feed insights into the product roadmap, pricing strategy, and positioning refinement.
Develop Content That Converts
• Produce high-impact materials — sales decks, solution guides, webpages, videos, and more — that speak to key personas and stages of the buyer journey.
• Collaborate with content and growth marketers to ensure message consistency and performance.
Partner Cross-Functionally to Drive Results
• Work closely with marketing, sales, client success, and product teams to align execution and amplify impact.
• Serve as a strategic thought partner to the Head of Marketing and executive leadership.
The Team You’ll Join
You’ll report directly to the Head of Marketing and be a key member of a small, fast-moving team that’s punching above its weight. We value efficiency, autonomy, and sharp thinking over process for process’s sake.
You’ll Collaborate Closely With
• A Growth Marketer focused on acquisition and funnel performance
• A Content Marketer who brings our story to life
• A Go-to-Market (GTM) Engineer who automates and optimizes GTM processes
• A set of trusted external partners across design, paid media, and web development
You’ll also work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Client Success to align messaging, drive adoption, and ensure we’re solving real customer problems.
Qualifications
• 5+ years in product marketing at a B2B SaaS company, ideally in ecommerce or fintech.
• Proven success in driving GTM strategy, influencing product roadmap, and launching complex offerings.
• Executive-ready communication skills and ability to navigate technical topics with clarity.
• Hands-on experience applying AI tools to accelerate marketing strategy, content development, or research.
• Strong academic background preferred, especially in business, marketing, or a technical discipline.
