Job Summary:
RetentionX is a company that powers over 1,500 leading brands by transforming eCommerce and customer data into growth-driving intelligence. They are seeking a Product Marketing Manager to lead the go-to-market strategy, ensuring product positioning, messaging, and execution drive awareness, adoption, and revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
• Develop clear, differentiated product positioning and messaging that resonates with our target audiences and strengthens the RetentionX brand.
• Own product launch planning, rollouts, and execution, ensuring new features and products hit the market with impact and measurable results.
• Understand customer needs, competitive landscapes, and market trends and feed insights back into the product team and marketing strategies.
• Create sales materials, feature decks, and training resources to ensure the sales & CS team can effectively communicate our value.
• Collaborate with design and growth to produce compelling product-focused content for the website, landing pages, email, ads, webinars, and events.
• Define success metrics for launches and marketing initiatives, measure performance, and optimize strategies based on results.
• Partner with executives, designers, engineers, and customer success to align product capabilities with market needs and opportunities.
• Work with clients and internal teams to develop case studies, testimonials, and use-case driven content that reinforces product value and used in GTM.
Qualifications:
Required:
• 5+ years in product marketing or related roles within a SaaS, eCommerce, or B2B tech company.
• Strong track record of owning product positioning, GTM planning, and cross-functional launches.
• Proven ability to translate complex product capabilities into clear, compelling messaging.
• Exceptional writing and communication skills with a knack for storytelling and leveraging AI tools as part of workflow.
• Experience working closely with sales teams to create enablement tools and drive adoption.
• Solid understanding of customer segmentation, lifecycle marketing, and growth metrics.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to measure and act on campaign and launch performance data.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and stakeholders.
• Native or Professional working proficiency in English.
Preferred:
• Experience with tools like HubSpot, Apollo, or similar CRM and marketing automation platforms (a plus).
