You'll take ownership of multiple complex projects, managing timelines, budgets, scope, and quality, while collaborating with internal teams, clients, and third-party suppliers. What you'll do: • Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams to achieve milestones • Build strong client relationships and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle • Define project scope and objectives, translating business needs into practical solutions • Plan, track, and report on project progress, risks, issues, and finances • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to budget • Maintain comprehensive project documentation and conduct post-project reviews • Stay up to date with Shopify and e-commerce trends to improve delivery • Contribute to the wider Project Management knowledge hub and support pitching processes when needed What we're looking for: • Substantial project management experience, ideally in e-commerce • Proven ability to manage multiple projects with varying complexity • Experience in formal project environments using methodologies such as Waterfall, Prince2, or Agile/SCRUM • Strong client-facing skills and ability to communicate effectively at all levels • Solid technical understanding of software development and project delivery lifecycle • Excellent organisational, problem-solving, and time-management skills • Ability to lead without formal authority and adapt to changing project needs Desirable: • Programme management methodology qualification • Deep understanding of e-commerce business practices This is an excellent opportunity for a senior Project Manager to take ownership of high-value projects within an innovative e-commerce environment.
