Drives continuous improvement, facilitates Scrum ceremonies, and ensures alignment with business outcomes. Major Tasks, Responsibilities And Key Accountabilities β€’ Facilitates Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives. β€’ Coaches associates on Agile principles to promote self-organization and continuous improvement. β€’ Removes impediments and shields the team from distractions to maintain focus on sprint goals. β€’ Tracks Agile metrics such as velocity, cycle time, and throughput to identify improvement opportunities. β€’ Collaborates with Product Owners to maintain a prioritized backlog aligned with customer value. β€’ Coordinates delivery milestones across teams and vendors to manage dependencies. β€’ Promotes transparency through regular reporting of progress, risks, and blockers. β€’ Supports quarterly planning and alignment to business OKRs. β€’ Advocates for Agile maturity and facilitates change to optimize workflows. β€’ Partners with stakeholders across IT and business to integrate feedback into delivery cycles. β€’ Guides estimation and planning efforts to produce reliable forecasts. β€’ Champions a culture of feedback and adaptation through retrospectives. β€’ Supports scaled Agile practices and organizational transformation efforts. β€’ Encourages a product mindset focused on measurable impact and experimentation. β€’ Demonstrates unwavering commitment to service and dependable delivery standards. Nature and Scope β€’ Identifies key barriers/core problems and applies problem solving skills in order to deal creatively with complex situations. Troubleshoots and resolves complex problems. Makes decisions under conditions of uncertainty, sometimes with incomplete information, that produce effective end results. β€’ Independently performs assignments with instruction limited to the expected results. Determines and develops an approach to solutions. Receives technical guidance only on unusual or complex problems or issues. β€’ May oversee the completion of projects and assignments, including planning, assigning, monitoring and reviewing progress and accuracy of work, evaluating results, etc. Contributes to employees' professional development but does not have hiring or firing authority. Work Environment β€’ Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable. β€’ Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles. β€’ Typically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time. Education And Experience β€’ Typically requires BS/BA in a related discipline. Generally 8+ years of experience in a related field OR MS/MA and generally 5+ years of experience in a related field. Certification is required in some areas. Preferred Qualifications β€’ 7+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in digital or eCommerce environments. β€’ Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM I/II, or SAFe). β€’ Strong facilitation, coaching, and conflict resolution skills. β€’ Experience with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, and reporting dashboards. β€’ Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage delivery in a matrixed organization. This position may be remote, or hybrid based on location. Eligible candidates residing in the greater Atlanta area will be asked to work two days a week in our Doraville, GA Field Support Center.
