Description El Toro Interactive, a leading digital marketing agency within the full-service eCommerce ecosystem, specializing in fashion and beauty, is actively seeking an experienced and passionate Senior Paid Search Account Manager to lead and optimize high-performing PPC campaigns across various platforms. In this role, you'll be instrumental in developing sophisticated strategies, ensuring client success, and staying ahead of the curve in the ever-evolving digital advertising landscape. Responsibilities: On a day to day, you’ll be responsible for helping drive success through our PPC Channels (. Responsibilities include: β€’ Strategize & Execute: Develop, launch, and manage comprehensive paid search, display, shopping, pmax, demand gen, youtube and ctv campaigns from conception to optimization, ensuring alignment with client business objectives. β€’ Performance Optimization: Proactively manage bids, budgets, and targeting to achieve and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) such as Revenue and ROAS. β€’ Data Analysis & Insights: Dive deep into data to uncover actionable insights leveraging Google Analytics and or third-party attribution partners (like TripleWhale) for in-depth analysis, identify performance trends, and proactively address challenges. Proficient in creating detailed reports using Excel. β€’ Client & Vendor Management: Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, translating complex data into clear, compelling narratives and fostering strong relationships. Act as a liaison with third-party vendors, ensuring seamless integration and effective collaboration. β€’ Innovation & Growth: Stay abreast of the latest industry trends, platform updates, and best practices in paid media. Proactively identify opportunities for A/B testing, conversion optimization, and new channel exploration to enhance campaign performance. β€’ Mentorship & Collaboration: Potentially mentor junior team members and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (e.g., SEO, Paid Social, Affiliate) to deliver integrated digital marketing solutions. Ideal Candidates: β€’ Extremely motivated, super organized, ambitious team player who has serious attention to detail, is analytical minded and able to problem solve in a fast paced environment. β€’ Passionate about digital marketing and up to date on the latest trends and best practices β€’ Able to handle several clients and projects at one time β€’ Well versed with grammar/proofreading & familiar with reading analytic reports β€’ Knowledge of conversion optimization and pixel implementation β€’ Familiar with A/B testing strategies Requirements β€’ 4+ years’ experience as a PPC Account Manager (agency experience preferred) β€’ Experience in data analysis and reporting β€’ Familiarity with multiple platforms (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, MNTN CTV) β€’ Working knowledge of analytics tools (Google Analytics, TripleWhale) β€’ Proficient in MS Office (particularly Excel i.e. Pivot Tables, vLookups, etc.) β€’ Excellent communication skills β€’ Strong analytical thinking with strong math skills β€’ Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
