Position Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Social Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of Fenty Skin and Fenty Hair's social media strategy. You will be responsible for creating a blueprint for our branded social channels, driving brand awareness, building customer engagement and loyalty, and supporting business goals. You will manage the organic social budget, coach and mentor a high-performing team, and stay ahead of the curve in the ever-evolving world of social media. Responsibilities: β€’ Lead the development of Fenty Skin and Fenty Hair's social media strategy and create a blueprint for how Fenty Skin and Fenty Hair's branded social channels express the brand and support business goals. β€’ Drive brand awareness and introduce Fenty Skin and Fenty Hair to new audiences while building engagement and loyalty to our overall customer base. β€’ Define the role of each social media channel. β€’ Lead the development and execution of best-in-class organic social strategy across all platforms, including platform strategy, content strategy, community management, campaign planning, and social calendars. β€’ Work closely with global partners to make Fenty Skin and Fenty Hair a global brand on owned and retailer social channels. β€’ Create, deliver, and continuously evolve the 'global brand social playbook.' β€’ Employ a test, learn, scale strategic mindset to optimize owned social. β€’ Identify and proactively pursue social innovation across reporting, content, and strategy. β€’ Partner with e-commerce and retail marketing teams to support direct sales-driving initiatives. β€’ Manage the annual organic social budget, forecasting, planning, and tracking. β€’ Be a strategic thought partner cross-functionally with Creative, Brand Management, eComm, and international teams. β€’ Share best practices, general guidance, and the implications of platform updates with broader groups. β€’ Schedule, write copy, and community manage one social platform. β€’ Strategize social-driven ways to reach new audiences beyond our owned channels. β€’ Oversee and lead reporting - data tracking, insights, analytics platforms, and competitive landscapes. β€’ Coach, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team. β€’ Maintain a pulse on pop culture, digital/social/tech innovation, emerging influencers, and content creators. Requirements: β€’ 7+ years of experience in social media marketing, with increasing levels of responsibility. β€’ Proven experience leading and mentoring a team. β€’ Passion for the beauty industry and social media β€’ Proven track record/portfolio of ideating and delivering social campaigns that drive impactful results β€’ Ability to analyze data and deliver actionable insights β€’ Deep understanding of social media platforms: Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Twitter, Pinterest…and what’s next β€’ Passion for quickly sourcing and embracing the latest in digital and social technology β€’ Strong creative eye for disruptive content that translates to beauty β€’ Strong qualitative and quantitative analytical skills β€’ Flexible and positive attitude; able to work independently and within teams and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment β€’ Curious mindset with a passion for continuously testing, learning, and pushing the boundaries β€’ Familiarity with social media management tools: analytics and scheduling platforms (e.g., Dash Hudson) β€’ Experience with community management and social engagement β€’ Exceptional writing skills with strong attention to detail, grammar, brand tone, and voice β€’ No task too small attitude β€’ Ability to handle fast pace and multiple projects at once β€’ Exceptional organizational, leadership (both with and without direct authority), and time management skills
