Robert Half's enterprise client is looking for a Senior UX Designer to lead and shape the user experience for their customer facing platform. In this role, you’ll drive innovative, customer-centric solutions in a fast-paced, agile environment. You’ll collaborate closely with engineering, product, marketing, and leadership to take ideas from concept to launch—delivering intuitive, scalable experiences for buyers, sellers, and partners. Key Responsibilities • Define and execute the UX vision across web and responsive platforms, ensuring consistency and usability. • Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs in Figma to communicate design intent. • Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to inform design decisions. • Develop and maintain UI specifications, design systems, and documentation. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on goals, requirements, and timelines. • Present design work to stakeholders and executives, incorporating feedback to refine solutions. • Balance platform consistency with device-specific needs, especially in dashboard and data-heavy interfaces. Basic Qualifications • 5+ years of UX design experience, preferably in enterprise or e-commerce environments. • Proficiency in Figma, FigJam, and responsive web design. • Strong research skills, including usability testing and persona development. • Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript fundamentals. • Proven ability to deliver user-centered designs that meet business goals. • Familiarity with content design systems and complex data structures. Preferred Qualifications • Experience designing dashboards, tables, and structured data interfaces. • Previous UX experience with eCommerce or marketplace environments is a plus • Comfortable working independently with minimal guidance. • Experience working in agile/scrum environments. • Willingness to travel for workshops and stakeholder engagement. • Degree in Design or a related field.
