Locumpedia is seeking an experienced Senior WordPress Developer with deep expertise in Elementor Pro and Crocoblock plugins to lead the development of high-performance websites serving the healthcare staffing industry. This is a position ideal for a self-starter who excels in building scalable, data-driven WordPress solutions with dynamic filtering, directory functionality, and custom front-end experiences. Key Responsibilities: • Build and maintain advanced WordPress websites using Elementor and Crocoblock • Develop custom post types, fields, listings, and dynamic templates using JetEngine • Implement front-end filtering and search tools using JetSmartFilters • Build custom WooCommerce pages and shop functionality with JetWooBuilder • Create intuitive front-end submission and contact forms using JetFormBuilder or Elementor Forms • Ensure all websites are mobile-friendly, SEO-optimized, and fast-loading • Troubleshoot and resolve issues across staging and production environments • Keep Crocoblock and Elementor tools current and aligned with best practices Required Qualifications: • 5+ years of WordPress development experience • 3+ years of experience working with Elementor Pro in professional environments • 2+ years of hands-on experience with Crocoblock plugins, particularly JetEngine and JetSmartFilters • Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (including jQuery) • Experience developing complex CPT architectures and dynamic content templates • Comfort working with WordPress’s theme and plugin architecture • Experience deploying and maintaining fast, secure WordPress sites • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills Preferred Skills: • WooCommerce customization experience • Familiarity with JetFormBuilder or similar form-building tools • Understanding of SEO and page speed optimization best practices • Experience working on websites in regulated or compliance-sensitive industries • Experience building directory-style websites or job boards Nice to Have: • Experience with JetBooking, JetAppointment, or JetReviews • Familiarity with QA tools, staging workflows, or version control (Git) • Understanding of healthcare or staffing industry-specific needs all inquiries are confidential
