Job Overview: You will own the planning, execution, and optimisation of shopper activation across our UK retailer network and Tefal stores – both in-store and online. You will turn brand plans into best-in-class activation for our key products, elevate the digital shelf, and ensure flawless execution. Key Responsibilities as a Shopper Activation Executive at Groupe SEB: β€’ Plan, deliver and optimise in-store and online shopper activation for our key products across the retailer network in collaboration with e-commerce activation, product managers and sales team β€’ Lead activation in our Tefal shops, partnering closely with our Retail Management teams. β€’ Partner closely with our merchandising agency for compliance and execution. β€’ Utilise A+ and core product content with the Content and Digital Teams. β€’ Lead on monthly activation meetings, ensuring you set out the agenda, actions and follow through to keep teams aligned. β€’ Managing the shopper activation budget. Planning, tracking and reporting ROI by activity and retailer. β€’ Collaborate closely with the content coordinators to activate new and enhance existing product listings. Qualifications and Skills required as a Shopper Activation Executive at Groupe SEB: β€’ You must have experience in Shopper Activation/Marketing, Trade Marketing or Retail Activation. β€’ Strong interpersonal skills and possess a collaborative approach to challenges. β€’ You are results-driven and motivated by your objectives. You will go the extra mile to ensure internal alignment and success. β€’ Effective organisation skills with the ability to prioritise and make decisions. You will be able to prioritise and manage multiple projects. β€’ You must be highly driven, enthusiastic, and willing to learn. β€’ You will understand the commitment required from your role and the influence it has on the success of the organisation and its objectives. β€’ You are analytical and able to draw conclusions from data to take corrective action. β€’ You must be entrepreneurial and willing to think outside the box to try new approaches. β€’ You must be highly IT literate and able to demonstrate competent use of Microsoft Office packages, especially Excel. β€’ You are a problem solver and have a β€œcan do” attitude to problem-solving whilst working cross-functionally. Overview on package – Shopper Activation Executive – Groupe SEB: β€’ Working Monday to Friday. β€’ Hybrid working, 3 days in the office and 2 days from home.
