Position Overview: Are you obsessed with digital shopping experiences and know what makes an e-commerce site pop? Do you love fashion and have an eye for what belongs front and center? Pistola Denim is looking for a Site Merchant to bring our online store to life and help shape how our customers discover, shop, and fall in love with our collections. In this role, you’ll work closely with leaders in e-commerce, product, and brand teams to elevate the online experience for both Pistola Denim and Daze Denim. From product storytelling and site merchandising to promotional alignment and analytics, you’ll play a hands-on role in delivering a polished, user-friendly site that drives sales and strengthens our brand identity. What You’ll Do: • Drive weekly and seasonal site merchandising strategies that align with revenue and brand goals • Own the day-to-day execution: product uploads, copywriting, image QA, categorization, and homepage + navigation updates • Partner with marketing and creative to align product launches and promotional messaging across all digital touch points • Monitor performance of product placements, categories, and site search to optimize customer engagement • Execute timely site refreshes based on inventory, trends, and marketing initiatives • Build best-in-class PDPs (Product Detail Pages) with lifestyle images, size guides, fit notes, and product insights • Support creative needs and shot list planning to ensure products are captured beautifully • Review basic analytics and traffic data to inform product sequencing and site updates • Manually maintain rankings of top-visited pages and categories • Stay on top of industry trends by monitoring competitor websites • Use tools like Shopify Plus, Rebuy, and Klaviyo to personalize site experience and power product recommendations What You Bring: • 5+ years in e-commerce or digital merchandising (fashion/apparel experience strongly preferred) • Hands-on experience with Shopify Plus and merchandising platforms like Rebuy, Searchspring, or Figma • Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple small projects at once • A data-driven mindset with knowledge of Google Analytics, Shopify Reports, and other reporting tools • Strong skills in Excel (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables), Google Suite, and project management tools like Asana or Trello • A genuine passion for fashion and a clear understanding of the Pistola customer and voice
