About the Role
We're looking for a sports-obsessed, fashion-forward digital storyteller to lead our site merchandising and product content strategy across all channels. As the Site Merchandising & Content Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in blending creativity and commerce, ensuring every product is not only listed β but celebrated.
In this role, youβll lead a cross-functional team that powers our brand-owned sites, retailer dropship portals, and online marketplaces. Youβll own how our collections show up digitally β and bring them to life in a way that reflects our DNA: premium sports fashion, culture-driven creativity, and bold commercial intent. This is more than just managing products online β itβs about curating a digital flagship that speaks to passionate fans and trendsetters across the region.
What You'll Do
Lead with Vision & Passion
β’ Manage and mentor a dynamic team of Site Merchandisers across brand DTC, dropship, and marketplaces.
β’ Be the editor-in-chief of our product storytelling across platforms β from homepage to PDPs.
β’ Translate product launches, campaign concepts, and sports culture moments into compelling merchandising strategies.
Drive Execution Across Channels
β’ Oversee daily content refreshes, launch rollouts, asset updates, and QA checks across Shopify Plus and third-party platforms.
β’ Own the master merchandising calendar and ensure all teams are sprinting in sync with seasonal and weekly drops.
β’ Prioritize updates that fuel sales, amplify campaign stories, and reflect product urgency.
Craft Content That Sells
β’ Collaborate with Brand marketing to adapt creative assets into high-impact content across PDP, PLP, A+ content, and homepages.
β’ Ensure products are sorted, tagged, and merchandised in a way that boosts discoverability and conversion β all while looking great.
β’ Stay on the pulse of sports and fashion trends to bring fresh, creative POVs to seasonal merchandising.
Optimize, Automate & Scale
β’ Define and refine SOPs for content operations across all channels β with a test-and-learn mentality.
β’ Partner with dev and analytics to identify content opportunities that improve speed, accuracy, and performance.
β’ Use tools like Monday.com or Asana to streamline workflows and maximize team impact.
Collaborate & Report Like a Pro
β’ Work with Planning and Ops to ensure product availability aligns with launches.
β’ Sync with Site Experience on experiments and CRO efforts that elevate the digital journey.
β’ Report content effectiveness to stakeholders β using data to tell the story behind the story.
What We're Looking For
β’ 6+ years of experience in eCommerce merchandising, site operations, or content production, ideally in fashion, lifestyle, or consumer brands.
β’ A deep love for sports and a pulse on what's trending in streetwear, athleisure, or premium fashion.
β’ Strong leadership and project management skills with experience managing teams across channels.
β’ Hands-on experience with Shopify Plus, CMS platforms, and retailer/marketplace seller portals.
β’ Exceptional attention to detail with a proven ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
β’ Fluent in Spanish, Portuguese or other languages is a plus.
