Role description
Adecco Creative is partnering with a NYC fashion brand to recruit for a Site Optimization Analyst. This role will be ongoing contract and a hybrid schedule in Midtown Manhattan.
This Site Optimization team is responsible for the implementation, strategy, and best practice application of A/B testing, site tagging, data governance, site optimization, and optimization tool management. The team enables product, IT, brand marketing, and ecommerce teams by creating and facilitating strategic tests, data gathering, and optimization, following a highly focused roadmap and schedule.
The Analyst, Site Optimization will play a meaningful role in further developing our rapidly growing Site Optimization function. Partnering with stakeholders within the Optimization, Customer Data, and Analytics teams. This role will surface key insights and analysis of experiments to drive business decision making. This role will work closely with the Site Optimization, Analytics, Customer Data, Ecommerce, and Marketing teams to synthesize customer and user data, statistics, Optimization strategies, and execution to drive testing and optimization roadmap. This role requires someone with strong analytical and technical skills, and who is comfortable working across multiple functional areas in a fast-paced, challenging environment.
The successful individual will leverage their proficiency to:
β’ Partner with various teams to retrieve data model and analyze to provide actionable insights to inform business decisions
β’ Deliver analyses on A/B and multivariate experiments and pre-test/ideation analysis to inform Optimization direction
β’ Write and maintain complex queries to conduct deep-dive analyses on the impact testing initiatives have on revenue, acquisition, and various conversion optimization
β’ Leverage deep understanding of statistics and campaign/UX optimization strategies to conduct analyses that help our team make confident, successful decisions.
β’ Help create and optimize custom views, tables, and dashboards to enable reporting for Optimization team
The accomplished individual will possess:
β’ Bachelorβs Degree required
β’ 2+ years of analytics experience
β’ Highly analytical and methodical with a problem-solving approach
β’ Proficiency programming in SQL and R or Python
β’ Experience with Digital Analytics and Visualization tools such as Google Analytics, Excel, Tableau, BigQuery, Snowflake, Amperity
β’ Ideally, some large-scale databases: CRM, CDP
β’ Ideally, some experience with testing platforms, tools, or concepts including: Optimizely, Adobe Target, VWO, Monetate, etc.
β’ Familiarity and previous work with eCommerce-driven business and websites
β’ Metric-focused with test-and-learn mentality for data-driven decision making and optimization of campaigns or business strategies
β’ Experience in applying statistics, specifically testing and modelling statistics, to business problems
β’ Able to translate large amounts of data and business performance goals into straightforward and simple reporting for leadership
β’ Experience analyzing A/B and multivariate experiments, or other digital optimization campaigns
β’ Must be highly collaborative and the ability to work as part of a team
β’ Strong communication skills
