We are looking for a Social Ads Account Manager to join our fun and hardworking team in Lincoln city centre. You'll be required to: • Develop and implement Paid Social strategies that help our clients hit their targets on a wide range of platforms. • Manage client relationships and collaborate with other members of the team to ensure our clients' campaigns are optimised to perform at the maximum level. Our goal is to improve our clients' visibility on Google, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok, engage their customers, and increase their sales. We work with ambitious eCommerce businesses worldwide. Your main responsibilities As a Social Ads Account Manager you will be responsible for: • Actively communicating with clients, ensuring that they receive frequent updates on how their social campaigns are performing, sharing new creatives and ideas for feedback as well as reporting on monthly, quarterly and yearly metrics. • Using Meta Business Manager to effectively run social media campaigns for a wide range of clients. • Building and maintaining relationships with agency clients through face-to-face, zoom, telephone and written contact. • You’ll be actively involved in pitching social media services to prospective clients, so an interest in sales and bringing on new business is desirable. What skills and experience are we looking for? This role involves significant client contact, so previous account handling experience and strong communication skills are essential. Prior experience working within a digital marketing agency is highly advantageous. • 2+ years of experience actively managing Paid Media campaigns, including Facebook and Instagram Ads (agency experience preferred but not essential) • Experience with eCommerce Social Ads (Essential) • Strong creative and graphic design skills • Experience in using Photoshop / InDesign (Preferred) • A desire to learn about broader marketing platforms and Ad networks to further your skills and knowledge • Experience with Amazon Ads, Reddit Ads and/or TikTok - a bonus! • Communication and organisation skills • Perseverance and problem solving • Attention to detail • A data-driven approach to managing campaigns • Ability to work independently, and as part of a team • Managing clients with annual revenues in the 7- to 8-figure range Working week 8am - 4:30pm or 9am - 5:30pm with a one-hour lunch break (4pm finish on a Friday) What we can offer you We know the importance of a true work-life balance.
