Role description
Jaya Apparel Group owns and operates the Cinq à Sept and LIKELY brands.
cinq à sept sank·ah·set sæŋk’e’set n : The time between late afternoon and early evening when streets are awash in the warm glow of the vanishing sun and anything is possible
Sharing its name with the French term for the liminal moment linking late afternoon and early evening, Cinq à Sept brings the intriguing tension between day and night to a new advanced contemporary collection. Inspired by the hours between 5 and 7 p.m., when city streets are awash in the warm glow of the vanishing sun and office desks are abandoned for cocktails and as-yet unknown possibilities, Cinq à Sept embodies a deliberate balance between sophistication and ease, youthful daring and confident allure. The collection’s modern feminine aesthetic embraces unexpected details and striking silhouettes, resulting in clothing that draw their romance and sexiness from the woman wearing them.
LIKELY’s innate sense of rebellious fun shines through in each dress, skirt and top in the collection, creating a fresh approach to modern femininity through smile-inducing pops of color, beautiful fabrications and contemporary tailoring. With a focus on accessibility, LIKELY can be worn unapologetically from a casual Saturday brunch to a nightcap with friends, making every day an occasion.
ROLE OVERVIEW:
We are a fast-growing, fast-paced women’s fashion brand redefining modern femininity with an elevated, trend-forward point of view. Our mission is to inspire confidence and creativity in our community through innovative design, exceptional storytelling, and engaging experiences across every touchpoint.
As we continue to scale, we’re looking for a Social Community & Content Manager to drive our organic social presence, deepen our connection with our audience, and create high-impact, scroll-stopping content that reflects the energy and ambition of our brand.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Content Creation & Strategy
• Own the organic social content calendar across all platforms (Instagram, Pinterest, Facebook, etc.), ensuring alignment with brand initiatives and key moments.
• Ideate, create, and execute engaging, trend-relevant, and brand-right content (posts, Reels, Stories, etc.) to drive awareness, engagement, and growth.
• Partner with the creative team to produce social-first photography and video assets, while also rolling up your sleeves to create native content yourself.
• Stay ahead of emerging trends, platform updates, and cultural moments, ensuring our brand is leading conversations.
• Amplify key brand moments – including events, activations, campaign launches, celebrity placements, key press moments and more – by proactively identifying and capitalizing on brand storytelling opportunities
Community Management & Engagement
• Be the voice of the brand across social platforms: respond to comments, DMs, and tagged content in a way that delights and engages our audience.
• Build and nurture relationships with micro-influencers, loyal customers, and brand advocates.
• Monitor and report on community sentiment and engagement metrics to inform content and strategy.
Collaboration & Growth
• Work cross-functionally with PR, Influencer, eCommerce, and Customer Experience teams to amplify campaigns and key launches.
• Analyze performance data weekly/monthly and deliver actionable insights to optimize content and community strategies.
• Conceptualize and launch new social series, activations, or challenges to drive organic reach and audience growth.
YOUR PROFILE:
• A social-native creator with 1-3 years of experience managing social media and communities for a fast-paced fashion, beauty, or lifestyle brand.
• Obsessed with Instagram, TikTok and emerging platforms – you understand the nuances of each and know how to create content that works.
• Excellent visual eye and copywriting skills; you can craft witty captions and curate beautiful grids.
• One step ahead of social trends with the ability to quickly identify them. You’re constantly thinking about which trends are relevant to our brand and consumer set, and capable of moving quickly from leadership approvals to execution to maximize in real time opportunities.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-moving environment.
• Passionate about women’s fashion and culture, with a deep understanding of what resonates with women of all ages
• Comfortable being behind and in front of the camera to bring the brand to life on social.
• Proficient in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or other editing tools.
Cinq à Sept is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to creating a diverse and inclusive environment for all employees. We consider applications from all qualified candidates regardless of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, or disability.
