By removing chlorine, heavy metals, and micro-contaminants before they ever reach your face or body, we help people achieve clearer, calmer, more hydrated skin—naturally. Roles & Responsibilities:
The Social Media & Affiliate Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation. You will manage the content calendar, create and post compelling content across social media channels, analyze performance, and interact with our community in a consistent brand voice. On the Affiliate Marketing side, you will take full ownership of our affiliate channel - recruiting new partners, nurturing existing relationships, negotiating contracts and commissions, and continuously improving campaign performance through data-driven insights.
You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including brand, growth marketing, and finance to ensure consistent messaging, tracking, and reporting. This role reports to the Cofounder.
What you’ll do:
Social Media Management
• Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with business goals
• Manage and grow presence across platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Reddit)
• Concept, produce, edit, and upload engaging on-brand content
• Monitor analytics and report on performance; optimize based on data
• Outreach to influencers and celebrities for product seeding and collaborations
• Work with CX team to engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and foster community building
• Support ad hoc projects as they arise, including product launches, brand collaborations, and strategic initiatives
• Capture team moments at events, milestones, and behind-the-scenes footage to leverage on organics
Affiliate Management
• Manage and scale our affiliates marketing program to drive significant growth
• Oversee day-to-day communication and support for affiliates
• Monitor analytics and report on performance; optimize based on data
• Track and reconcile affiliate payouts and support commission reporting
• Coordinate campaign operations: coupon code creation, bonus tracking, and gift card fulfillment
What you’ll bring:
• Proven experience managing and growing social media for a $10M+ revenue brand or proven ability to learn on the fly
• Extremely creative, thinks outside the box
• Previous experience going viral is a plus!!
• Ability to stay on top of trends and hop on them fast
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, analytics tools, trends, and best practices
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite to create and edit high quality-visually consistent multimedia content
• A strong EQ and a passion for fostering positive experiences
• Ability to leverage data to drive insightful, strategic decision-making
• A proactive attitude with a passion for bringing creative visions to life through strong execution.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and can work independently to achieve goals.
• Demonstrates humility, self-awareness, and a continuous curiosity for learning.

This is a full-time role:
Salary: Base salary range $70,000 - $90,000 + equity package
