This role is ideal for someone with a passion for storytelling, visual branding, and social media marketing in an e-commerce environment. You will play a key role in creating content that drives engagement, builds community, and supports online sales. The ideal candidate has a strong design sense, video editing capabilities, and a pulse on social media trends. Responsibilities • Plan, create, and publish original content including videos, photos, graphics, and written posts for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube, and LinkedIn. • Align content with product launches, seasonal campaigns, promotions, and broader brand messaging in collaboration with internal teams. • Maintain an organized content calendar and consistent posting schedule across platforms. • Edit and repurpose content to optimize performance on each platform. • Monitor audience engagement, respond to comments/messages, and foster brand loyalty through community management. • Track analytics and performance metrics to refine content strategy and improve engagement, reach, and conversions. • Coordinate with designers, photographers, and third-party creators as needed. • Ensure all content is aligned with e-commerce goals and optimized for SEO and discoverability. Qualifications • Proven experience in social media content creation or editing, preferably within e-commerce, consumer goods, or retail. • Proficiency in content editing tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro), Canva, CapCut, or equivalent. • Solid understanding of platform-specific trends, formats, and audience behavior. • Strong visual and written communication skills, with attention to tone, accuracy, and brand alignment. • Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines and collaborate cross-functionally. • Experience with influencer partnerships or user-generated content (UGC) is a plus. • Familiarity with Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon, or other e-commerce platforms is preferred. Work Environment This is a full-time, on-site position based in , Los Angeles, CA 90021. Candidates must be available to work in person Monday through Friday during standard business hours.
