Role description
Print Clever is home to a portfolio of exciting eCommerce brands. We manage every aspect of marketing in-house, from strategy to execution, and are now looking for a Social Media & Content Executive to help us grow organic reach, strengthen community engagement, and create standout content across our brands. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment, can adapt to varied brand voices, and has a track record of creating content that drives results. Youβll take ownership of organic social media across multiple brands, working alongside the Marketing Manager to plan, create, and deliver engaging content that connects with our audiences.
Key Responsibilities:
β’ Develop and manage content calendars for multiple brands, aligning with product launches, campaigns, and seasonal events.
β’ Create platform-specific content (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, etc.) β including copywriting, image editing, and short-form video creation.
β’ Manage influencer outreach and UGC campaigns, from identifying creators to managing briefs, approvals, and reposting content.
β’ Engage with audiences β responding to comments, DMs, and fostering community interaction
β’ Track and report on social media performance, using insights to refine strategies and improve engagement/reach
β’ Collaborate with the Marketing Manager on content, providing visual assets and supporting copy where relevant
β’ Stay up to date with social trends, tools, and platform updates to ensure brands remain relevant and competitive
Requirements
Essential:
β’ Proven experience managing social media for multiple brands or a varied portfolio (agency or in-house)
β’ Strong copywriting skills with the ability to adapt tone across different audiences
β’ Demonstrable content creation skills (short-form video editing, photography, Canva/Photoshop, etc.)
β’ Experience with influencer outreach and UGC management
β’ Excellent organisational skills to juggle multiple brands and deadlines
β’ Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
Desirable:
β’ Experience working with licensed brands or brands with strict tone guidelines
β’ Experience with eCommerce marketing (Shopify, Klaviyo, etc.)
β’ Understanding of SEO principles
β’ Portfolio or examples of content that delivered measurable results (engagement growth, follower growth, conversions)
