Key Responsibilities:
Influencer Research & Outreach (UGC and Paid)
● Research and identify content creators for Instagram and TikTok who are open to collaborations in exchange for product (trade).
● Maintain a list of influencer rates, deliverables, and market trends to ensure competitive compensation models.
● Approve influencer targets submitted by the PR team to ensure brand alignment and consistency. ● Manage influencer relationships and ensure smooth communication around content creation briefs, deadlines, and expectations.
● Coordinate all influencer product selections, including shipping and tracking items to ensure timely delivery and returns.
● Monitor influencer content and ensure adherence to brand guidelines and usage rights.
● Ideate and organize all influencer strategy initiatives for each season across Merch, Ecom, and Creative teams.
Content Creation & Social Media Management
● Draft captions and create engaging content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Pinterest.
● Organize and schedule posts across various platforms (Instagram, Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Youtube) in alignment with marketing goals and brand voice.
● Respond to DMs and engage with comments, tags, and influencers to foster community and drive organic growth.
● Assist with content ideation, including influencer mood boards and creative briefs for campaigns.
● Review and approve influencer content before posting, ensuring high-quality images and alignment with brand aesthetic.
● Upload influencer content to internal platforms (e.g., Dropbox) for team review and distribution across paid media.
● Livestream strategy and execution, including writing scripts, securing and briefing hosts/talent, determining product and promotional themes, promoting live streams via social.
● Overall social strategy and execution for each season (Instagram and TikTok).
● Social strategy - ideation and execution of close friends IG community building.
Photoshoots & Product Samples Management
● Manage product samples, ensuring proper tracking, organization, and delivery for shoots and influencer partnerships.
● Coordinate logistics for photoshoots, including sample transportation, styling prep, and timely returns.
● Assist CD with casting efforts, styling, creation of style decks, call sheet coordination etc.
● Assist with styling, steaming, and organizing product for photoshoots, including flatlays and other marketing assets.
● Create shot lists and help organize e-commerce shoot needs. PR & Influencer Coordination
● Assist Director with the day to day management of external PR team.
● Place and manage PR orders through internal systems (Joor, Operations).
● Facilitate the shipping, gift packing, and monitoring of PR orders for editors, stylists, celebrities, and influencers.
● Ensure all PR orders are returned on time and help coordinate with stylists and editors for last-minute requests.
● Maintain accurate records for PR coverage and donations, and support the team with weekly press coverage roundups.
● Press + editor outreach for gifting and monitoring placements (now that we do not have an external PR agency).
Reports & Analytics
● Track and report social media performance, influencer campaigns, and PR coverage in monthly meetings.
● Analyze social media trends and provide actionable insights to optimize future campaigns. Additional Responsibilities
