Role description
We're seeking a strategic, hands-on leader to own social media, affiliate, and paid growth strategy - end-to-end. This role will shape how we drive sales, build community, and elevate our brand across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and beyond. If you know how to unite storytelling, UGC, affiliates, and paid media into a growth machine - this role is for you. Key Responsibilities Growth & Revenue • Own social commerce strategy to drive measurable revenue on Amazon and DTC. • Launch and scale a TikTok Shop affiliate/creator community. • Develop high-performing ad content strategies that maximize ROAS. Content & Brand • Build and manage content calendars for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts & Longform. • Lead YouTube storytelling for customer education and brand building. • Ensure consistent voice, tone, and creative identity across platforms. Paid Media & Analytics • Manage paid social campaigns across TikTok, Meta, and YouTube. • Apply cutting-edge performance marketing strategies (affiliate funnels, shoppable content, AI-driven ads). • Own analytics: CAC, LTV, ROAS, attribution, and performance optimization. Influencers & Community • Recruit, manage, and scale influencer and affiliate relationships. • Turn UGC into organic and paid content pipelines. • Drive community engagement and protect brand reputation. Leadership & Collaboration • Partner with marketing, product, and creative teams on launches and evergreen campaigns. • Build and mentor a high-performance social media team. • Report directly to the CEO with accountability for revenue growth KPIs. What We're Looking For • Proven success scaling e-commerce or DTC brands via social media (9-figure brand experience a plus). • Strong analytical and performance-driven mindset - focus on revenue, not vanity metrics. • Deep expertise across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Meta ads, and affiliate programs. • Experience recruiting/managing affiliates, influencers, and UGC creators. • Strong creative instincts and content production skills (comfortable being hands-on). • Data-driven strategist with mastery of attribution and e-commerce KPIs. • Entrepreneurial, scrappy, and excited to scale a fast-growth consumer brand.
