Weβre looking for a strategic and creative Social Media and Influencer Marketing Manager to lead our presence across key platforms and drive impactful influencer partnerships. This role will shape how our brand shows up online, combining channel ownership, creator strategy, and content coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
β’ Own and grow our official social media channels, including TikTok, Meta (Instagram & Facebook), and YouTube.
β’ Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversion across European markets.
β’ Identify, onboard, and manage creators and KOLs, ensuring alignment with brand values and campaign objectives.
β’ Create campaign briefs and content guidelines that drive consistent, high-performing content.
β’ Develop a centralised content calendar across platforms and markets, working closely with design and creative teams.
β’ Monitor trends and competitor activity to spot opportunities for innovative influencer collaborations and content strategies.
β’ Track and analyse performance across influencer and social media campaigns, using data to optimise and report ROI.
β’ Align strategies and execution with internal business partners and regional teams, ensuring cohesive brand storytelling.
Qualifications:
β’ Proven experience in influencer marketing and social media management, ideally within an eCommerce or consumer brand environment.
β’ Strong understanding of social platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube etc) and influencer ecosystems.
β’ Strong copywriting, briefing, and storytelling skills with an eye for what performs well across platforms.
β’ Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills.
β’ Experience with influencer tools and analytics platforms.
β’ Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimise campaign performance.
β’ Creative thinker with an eye for trend-spotting and innovative content.
β’ Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
