Spring Footwear is home to a portfolio of distinctive footwear brands β€” Spring Step, L’Artiste, Azura, Flexus, Patrizia β€” plus our Spring Step Shoes retail division. For over 30 years, we’ve blended fashion, comfort, and craftsmanship, building a loyal following in wholesale, retail, and eCommerce. We’re looking for a Social Media Manager to take full ownership of our multi-brand social presence. This is not just about posting β€” it’s about building brand stories, creating scroll-stopping content, and driving measurable growth. What You’ll Do β€’ Own the strategy β€” Develop and execute tailored social media plans for each brand in our portfolio. This includes events and campaigns. β€’ Create impactful content β€” Produce, edit, and publish engaging photos, videos, Reels, and Stories that bring our brands to life and drive sales to site. β€’ Run the calendar β€” Maintain a master content schedule aligned with launches, seasonal campaigns, and cultural moments. β€’ Drive engagement and salesβ€” Respond to followers, manage communities, and leverage influencers and UGC to amplify our reach. β€’ Collaborate across teams β€” Work with Photography, Marketing, eCommerce and Product Development teams to align social with overall business priorities. β€’ Track and optimize β€” Monitor KPIs, prepare performance reports, and use data to refine strategies.
