Overview
Brand new opportunity for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to join a dynamic, fast-growing and innovative company in the eCommerce wellness industry, with well-known people of influencer behind the brand. This role offers the chance to own and deliver a social media strategy across multiple platforms, playing a pivotal part in shaping brand presence, engaging with a growing community, and amplifying the company’s voice in the wellness space. Role
The Social Media Manager will lead on organic social channels, working across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube, and emerging platforms. This position will work alongside and brief into a nutritionist, influencer manager, creative strategist and graphic designer.
The role spans content creation, community management, trend-spotting, and performance reporting. You’ll collaborate with the team to bring campaigns to life and ensure social plays a central role in the company’s growth journey. Responsibilities
• Social Media Strategy – Own and evolve the organic social strategy across platforms, ensuring growth in reach, engagement, and community.
• Content Creation & Management – Plan, brief, and create engaging content (video, static, UGC, expert, founder-led) that reflects the brand voice and visual aesthetic.
• Community Management – Be the voice of the brand across platforms: engaging daily with our community, answering questions, and fostering meaningful connections.
• Nutrition-Led Science – Work with our in-house nutritionist to ensure social content is fact-based and includes cutting edge research in the field, cementing the brand as thought leader in the space.
• Influencer & UGC Integration – Work with the influencer team to amplify creator partnerships and repurpose high-quality UGC into campaigns.
• Performance Reporting – Track and analyse performance, sharing insights and recommendations to continuously optimise content and strategy.
• Trend Spotting – Stay ahead of social trends, formats, and cultural moments that align with the brand.
Requitements
• 3+ years’ experience in social media, ideally for a wellness, lifestyle, or consumer-facing brand.
• Strong creative skills, with confidence in producing short-form video and working with design tools (e.g. Canva/Adobe).
• Excellent understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and YouTube with a finger on the pulse of trends.
• Strong organisational skills, able to manage calendars, briefs, and multiple campaigns at once.
• Confident in leading shoots, from planning through to execution.
• Exceptional copywriting skills with a relatable, engaging tone of voice.
• A genuine interest in wellness, health, and nutrition. Benefits
