Social Media Manager
The Social Media Manager at MY OUTFIT ONLINE is an strategic hands-on role responsible for researching, executing, and posting all our social media content across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and other platforms, while also managing community interactions to maintain an engaged and loyal audience. This role combines strategy execution, creative production, and community management, ensuring content not only reflects the brand’s aesthetic but also drives measurable engagement, growth, and conversions.
This role calls for someone with experience in the fashion industry, organized, and genuinely passionate about creating content that outperforms the market. The ideal candidate brings proven experience producing video and photo content, while also excelling at managing content calendars, engaging with community members, and collaborating with designers to translate concepts into compelling visuals. While we will provide full immersion into the brand, this position requires an advanced understanding of the industry and its algorithms to ensure that every piece of content not only aligns with our identity but also achieves meaningful impact.
The Social Media Manager will report directly to the Head of Marketing & Brand Director while working closely with the entire creative team including graphic designers.
Responsibilities
• Research, produce and publish content across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and other platforms, ensuring alignment with product launches and campaign timelines.
• Execute video content: filming, editing, and delivering high-quality clips optimized for engagement.
• Work directly with graphic designers to ensure visuals meet brand standards and complement performance goals.
• Manage and maintain organized content calendars several weeks in advance, aligning with launches, events, and overall brand strategy.
• Must be adaptable and ready to pivot when strategies shift, ensuring momentum and results are never compromised.
• Actively manage community engagement: replying to comments, messages, and interacting with followers to strengthen loyalty and brand connection.
• Monitor platform algorithms, trends, and competitor activity to adjust execution in real time for better results.
• Track and report weekly performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions), providing insights and recommendations to leadership.
• Support campaign launches by coordinating posts, stories, reels, TikToks, and cross-platform consistency.
• Ensure smooth workflows by responding quickly to communications and aligning with the Brand Director and Marketing team.
• Bring forward fresh ideas, ensuring the brand’s presence remains dynamic, relevant, and impactful.
Skills Required
• Proven experience executing and managing content strategies across Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest.
• Strong video editing skills and experience creating short-form content optimized for performance.
• Background as a graphic designer or similar having strong design knowledge, ensuring collaboration with creative teams is seamless.
• Extremely organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing content calendars months ahead.
• Deep understanding of algorithms, engagement strategies, and what drives performance across social platforms.
• Strong communication skills—able to share results, ideas, and adjustments with leadership and teams clearly.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and other editing tools.
• Familiarity with analytics tools and reporting.

Experience Requirements
• 3 years of direct experience managing social media for beauty, fashion, or e-commerce brands.
• Directly managed or grown a brand with 50K+ followers on social platforms beauty or fashion
• Strong understanding of both aesthetics and algorithms, with a proven ability to balance the two for performance.
• Background as a graphic designer, or direct collaboration with design teams to produce high-quality content.
• Equipped with all the skills to manage the work beginning-to-end—not necessarily doing every task, but able to step in, roll up sleeves, and ensure content reaches 100% quality.
• Strong video editing skills with platforms such as CapCut, VN, DaVinci Resolve, and Final Cut Pro.
• Demonstrated success in growing engagement and delivering measurable results.
• Experience working with content calendars, Monday project management tool, and structured workflows.
Education Requirements
