Social Media Executive // Paid Social Executive
Ecommerce Retail: Luxury fashion

Leeds, Hybrid: 3 days in 2 WFH + Flexible working hours
Our client is one of the UKs most successful and best loved high street consumer brands. An iconic brand, with a reputation for quality and exceptional customer experience.
The story of this brand is something to be admired, they have secured a leading place in this diverse market to become an instantly recognisable brand with the most loyal customer base.
As they continue to move through the next phase of their transformation, they are building out key strategic hires within the digital team, including in housing Performance Marketing. They are now looking for an experienced Social Media professional to join their growing in house team to lead their Social Media strategy – across both Paid and Organic social.
Platforms such as Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest.
You will join a fantastic team (around 15 people in Marketing/ Digital), with a wealth of experience and strong brand backgrounds. Excellent reputation for their culture – very collaborative with a focus on individual L&D.
This role will suit anyone coming from an agency or Ecommerce background, someone who enjoys both the creative side of social media and analytical/ Paid.
Highlights of responsibilities:
• Support the planning, implementing, and optimisation of the brands Social Strategy across both Paid and Organic Social, helping drive brand awareness, build engagement and improve conversions.
• Platforms such as Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest.
• Monitor and optimise live campaigns to ensure delivery, including budget, audience performance, and creative testing.
• Prepare performance reports and insights, highlighting key trends and recommendations.
• Conduct audience research, competitor analysis and trends to identify new development and creative opportunities and ultimate growth across Social.
• Develop the brands creative social strategy, taking ownership over the brand concepts and creative.
What they are ideally looking for:
• Experienced in a dedicated Social Media or Digital Marketing role, ideally across both Organic & Paid Social Media.
• Experience in growing and maintaining a large social media audience.
• Strong analytical skills and confidence working with data in Excel/Google Sheets.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Kenn interest in social media trends and online consumer behaviour.
• Strong numeracy skills and the ability to work with large data sets
