We are looking for an innovative and experienced TikTok Integration Architect to lead the design and implementation of cutting-edge solutions connecting our platforms with the TikTok ecosystem. As a key member of our technology team, you will be responsible for creating a seamless and scalable integration strategy that leverages TikTok's APIs to enhance our marketing, e-commerce, and data analytics capabilities. Key Responsibilities: • Design and Architect Integration Solutions: Develop and maintain the overall architecture for integrating our systems with TikTok's APIs, including the TikTok for Business API and Developer API • Lead Technical Implementation: Oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of integration workflows, ensuring they are robust, scalable, and secure • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with marketing, product, and engineering teams to define integration requirements and deliver solutions that meet business objectives • Ensure Data Integrity and Security: Implement best practices for data synchronization, authentication (OAuth), and security to protect sensitive information • Stay Current with TikTok's Platform: Keep up-to-date with the latest changes to TikTok's APIs, features, and policies, and adapt our integration strategy accordingly • Troubleshoot and Optimize: Act as the primary technical contact for resolving integration issues and optimizing performance • Develop Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for all integration processes Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field • 5+ years of experience in a similar role, such as an Integration Architect, Solutions Architect, or Senior API Developer • Proven experience designing and building complex, API-driven integrations • Direct experience with the TikTok for Business API or other social media platform APIs • Familiarity with marketing automation, e-commerce platforms, and data analytics tools • Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure • Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, webhooks, JSON, and OAuth 2.0 • Proficiency in at least one modern programming language, such as Python, Java, or Node.js • Possess rich e-commerce industry experience, or able to quickly develop a solid understanding of the e-commerce business • Demonstrable domain knowledge of e-commerce integrator applications such as Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Channel Advisor, Shopify, etc especially desired • Experience with integration platforms (iPaaS) like MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, or Zapier is a plus • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently • Strong communication and collaboration skills
